The brand of this thermostatic cartridge
Author: khoib (CA)

I need to replace the thermostatic cartridge, just the cartridge, of the single handle valve but don't know the brand and model of the cartridge and valve. I had the valve bought from Home Expo in Northern CA years years ago before it went out of business. I have no records and the parts have no marking or any indication as to who manufactured it. The alternative is to replace the entire valve, very costly. Please see the images in the album. I included pics of the trim, valve and handle for clarification.

I appreciate anyone can point out the brand and model of this cartridge.

You have the top portion only of the cartridge out. Their is more you need to remove. It is Moen #130156 cartridge.

Thanks you all for responding. A local plumber told me this cartridge could be MIR2351HF for Mirabelle MIR3580022 valve.

Could it be?
Thanks,

The plumber came today, successfully removed the part left inside the valve and installed the new cartridge. I ordered two cartridges, one from Mirabelle and the other Moen. Turned out, they both are the same but the one from Moen was cheaper. I used that oned and return the other one for a refund. Thanks all.
