 Rinnai V94i P tankless error code 10
Author: Olehickory (KY)

Whenever water is ran the unit kicks off after about 2 minutes with error code 10. Every time without fail. Checked the dip switches. All good. Checked the ventilation in and out and no clogs and it’s done correctly. 90elbow right off the unit to exterior wall. No buggers in there. When doing the forced hi and Lo calibration the high does fine but the low goes straight to the gas main pressure and stays there.the up and down adjustments, a and b, doesn’t do anything at all. It stays at about 12” water (yes 12” same as gas pressure coming into unit) when it should be around .9” for forced Lo.
Does it make sense to y’all that the problem is the gas valve assembly? I checked the coils on both the main coil and the modulating valve coil and they are both in spec. So the only thing I can figure is that one of the two valves are stuck open atleast a little bit.
Whatcha think?
