The flow in my kitchen faucet has crawled to less than 1/2 gpm. The pressure at the valve under the sink it normal. And its not the aerator as the flow is still low without the handle. The dome shaped piece seems to be attached, blocking the green piece from pulling out. I can't find a model number for this American Standard faucet to look for technical docs.

The dome piece either threads off or will pry up and off. Try unthreading first. If that doesn't get you anywhere, try prying. |

Pry it up ....it will take some doing but that whole spout will pop right up. |

Remove the Aerator on the pull out spout and replace it. |
