 Laundry Supply lines

I am installing a sink next to the washer and dryer and planned to remove the hot and cold bibs to the washer, t off of them for new bibs and continue the water lines thru the outlet box and elbow over to the sink. I have exposed the wall in order to do new siding and have already installed the sink drain and vent. I am trying to find any information on whether this modification to the laundry supply lines will be to code but have had no luck in my search. Is this a viable plan? Thanks for any assistance.

You have doubled the fixture unit value coming thru the 1/2". Is it to code? Maybe. But will it work? Yes providing you have good water pressure. Questions like this can get technical because you are dealing with pressure, pipe size, pipe layout, etc.

You should be fine as far as supply volume goes.
