Hoses leaking, need to replace hose and fittings, hardware store, big box, plumbing supply, nobody knows where to get the double o-ring fitting. No name on sink or fittings except for TLX on sink.

Why are you replacing the whole fitting? Just replace the O rings.

The actual hose leaks. Not just around fittings. My neighbor might get custom ones if I knew a place

If the end with the O-rings is brass, possibly they could be cut off and a length of soft copper slipped inside and soldered to it. (remove the O-rings first). Then the options to attach the copper to the stop valve would be many.
Or, maybe the soft copper could be soldered directly to the valve body.
