I have one that the flow drops to 1 gpm. The first time it was only in the rain shower portion. I took off the diverter and cleaned the RS, hand hose and diverter with compressed air. Also put back on water flow without dirverter to flush the lines. No obstruction was blow out, but worked great for a month.
Now RS and wand have 1 gpm flow. Side sprays seems ok
Company is of no help to fix. Purchased from costco mail order but would need to turn off whole house water for here are no shut offs at shower supplies.
How it fix?
Thanks

does it connect with washing machine hoses? if it does, look for filter/s where they attach to the unit.

This surface mounted shower panel, is not made in the USA. TONUSA, is a world-wide importer of packaged plumbing items that can be purchased using Amazon and Costco, since 2006. The Valore VS2000 shower panel has not received great reviews and there are assumed risks when purchasing off shore plumbing items which are marketed this way. Perhaps, this is why you are not getting that much help using the importer, vs the manufacturer in another country.
Any chance you can return it for credit or a panel shower unit with better reviews?
Best Wishes

Thanks for the replies.
I took off the temperature controller and scrub it with a toothbrush and flush the incoming lines (turned water on without the controller attached). I did not find any blockage, but the water is okay now. Let's see if the good flow last over a month.
I don't have the box the box nor the receipt for the Costco return and also need a replacement before the return.
