Anyone tried any of the zero cut toilet bolts.
Either the
SetFast No Cut Closet Bolts or Danco zero cut bolts.
Expensive but worth it if just install one or two toilets a year?

If the flange is mounted where it's suppose to be, they work ok. If the flange is a bit low then the notch in the bolt will be below the surface of the toilet bowl and they will have to be cut with a saw anyway. I don't buy that type of closet bolts though , just the regular kind as it only takes a few seconds with a hacksaw or sawzall to nip them off.

If I were installing HUNDREDS of toilets a year, saving the labor expense would be worth it, but for just a couple the labor of cutting them off is insignificant.
