Hi!
When I go to use the shower, and pull the knob to make the water go from the tub faucet to the shower head, water is still streaming out from the tub faucet. Yes, the shower head works, but there is still a good amount of water coming out from the tub faucet. Any ideas on this one?
Thank you in advance.

Most diverter spouts are designed to work like that, unless the water flow is excessive. In that case, replace the spout.

a little is normal.. alot is not normal.
the spout is usually pretty easy to change. getting the old one off may be a challenge or it may be easy. once it is removed, replacment is easy..

If you replace it with a Delta pull down diverter spout, I feel sure less water will flow from the spout during a shower.
