Possibly Grohe ? Can you remove one of the orange tubes and share a picture of what it looks like underneath the tube ? You might be able to use the body jets of your choice, the handheld and rain shower you can use any brand you like. I would be surprised if the holes in the tile are covered by the trim. Some of them appear too big.

Thank you for the reply. A few of the pictures are without the cover . Any suggestion on how to proceed. I have no experience with this but when I take the picture to the local plumbing store they won't attempt to help with knowing the brand. Any advice is much appreciated

? Did the contractor follow YOUR specifications or were you willing to accept whatever he 'gave' you ?
The contractor is actually YOUR 'sub'.
Sorry for the 'tough love', but, you may have to redo ALL the tiles unless you have spares as the holes should have been round and snug.
Hope you have not paid in full.
You could try bringing a cartridge to the plumbing supply.
or
Hire an actual licensed, bonded, insured plumber (who would have left the trim on the jobsite pending the tile completion).

for the reason stated below, i do not leave the trim on the job unless instructed to do so..
i did a 2 1/2 bath, kitchen and laundry job years ago for a nice young couple. all the trim and the finish parts were there. they had chosen some very nice faucets etc. all the boxes were stored up in the attic away from all the construction. well, the people wanted to see what their faucets looked like so they opened every box brought some down to the work area and (you guessed it) parts were put back in the wrong boxes and some were missing. it took a bit to get everything in order but...NEVER AGAIN..

however, if you had disappeared (in your case only due to death), the parts were ON SITE and AVAILABLE

most recent missing trim story.. new house with oil rubbed bronze trim in master bath. tub was installed at time of rough. drain was all connected. the cover for the drain was removed so the tile man would not scratch it. the cover went to the great place in the sky where the sock missing from the dryer goes.
i forget the brand but i could noy buy just the cover. had to buy the cover and the trip lever plate..

Do you think I can buy replacements for these valves without ripping out the wall? also is it easy to remove the valve cartridge it might give me a clue to who the manufacturer might be ?

If you, or your new plumber, can remove the cartridge(s), a plumbing supply 'house' may be able to identify them.
You MUST, somehow, identify the brand of valve - trim is NOT interchangeable.
possible reference tools:
[arpny.com]
HOWEVER
You may need to redo the tile work ANYWAY if the 'escutcheon plates' do not cover the rectangular off-center holes.
