Doing some major renos on bathroom upstairs. This is what I came up with for the rough in below in the basement. The stack on the far left is existing and goes up through the roof. The main drain line into the concrete floor is offset from the stack to the right.
Would like an opinion on the picture below. Is it okay to run a double wye on a 45 and tie back into another doublewye? Will this wet vent work properly?
Here is a detailed plan of the layout.

Neither tub is being vented in the drawing. The picture shows a tee for the sink drain above the wye for the toilet , I'd leave it as is, it doesn't need to be 3". If you could get a vent up between the tubs and use a back to back fixture fitting to catch both traps that would take care of them.

use a doulble sanitary tee with two side inlets for the toilets and showers. the sinks can go into the vent stack.

So as for stacking the double wye on top of each other and running the one on a 45 to catch the two toilets is fine? I just need a vent before the shower drains?
Thank you!

Tht fitting, used that way, would drive our inspectors crazy, but would result in a red tag rejection.

So then I could use a double sanitary t off the stack and tie a double wye on the horizontal for the toilets?
