I have a house that was built in 1932, and I may have the as built faucet installed in the tub. I would like to get new trim for it, and maybe some stems and packing. But I have had zero luck finding anyone that could ID the make.
If and when the time comes I have to either remove the closet inside to remove the shower pipe or just outright gut the bathroom. We do what we have to do, but other then replace the 3/8L washers every few years, the damm thing works great.

You could bring the trim to an auto rebuilder for new chrome plating.

You have to realize that that was during the Depression and most companies went out of business.

I wish it was a standard. The packing nut is ID thread, and the valve body is OD. Everything else is ID on the valve body and OD on the stem/packing nuts.

At some point, i will need packing, and stems, and the one nut that holds the trim on the cold water side is long gone. The packing is bigger than anything avaiable that is all ready shaped and formed.
I will have to at some point buy a 3 handle set before the are no longer sold, at least to have it on hand. But the shower pipe is galvinzed and the one side is tile, the closet side is wood. (stained plywood sheets) There is a built in access to the rear of the valve and drain, but not all the way up.

quote; buy a 3 handle set before the are no longer sold,
That is not really a problem because they have "no longer been sold" for decades already.

Moen, American Standard and Pfister still make 3 handled tub/shower valves.

There are many companies that make entire 3 handle faucet units, but NOT handle and trim kits that will fit THIS faucet, which is what he is asking about and looking for.
