 recognize this valve trim?

Does anyone recognize this valve/trim? Has screws in the 10:00 and 4:00 o'clock postions. Need trim only in Polished Brass finish. Style can be same or plainer. Other trims in room are Kohler Devonshire PB. Thank you

i don't know of anyone who orients the screws that way ??
delta does them opposite.

that does'nt look familiar to me sorry, but i suggest you take escuetcheon hardware off and use a mirror to look behind valve and there should be some identifying numbers on the valve body to help you.

It's possible that the valve is installed upside down, for more volume, and the screws are at 2 + 8.

Danze uses a 10/4 escutcheon.
