Anyone Recognise This Faucet?

The handle buttons come off but the handles are stuck to the cartridges. I did not want to invest too much time working the handles off because the customer is a difficult one. If someone recognises this faucet then I will go buy new cartridges. If not I think I will bid a permanent adieu to this customer.

Author: KCRoto (MO) Call the customer and have them dribble some white vinegar in there and bring a handle puller on your next trip, either way, it should come loose. I have used wood shims before and worked them under stuck handles, then tapped on top with a hammer and a rag.
