New plumbing has been installed from underneath the sink to the sewer pipe. The cloth washing machine is connected to this drainage pipe. When I turned the faucet on in one sink, it fills up in the other sink. I ran a 25 foot snake in the pipe...the drainage pipe length is only about 16'. It came out clean. I also ensured that the drainage pipe was pitched correctly and it is. Then I installed an air admittance valve and still the water doesn't flow down. All of the pipes are clear (no hidden valves on the inside). Really frustrated.

It is possible that your snake is too small (thin) and it only makes a small hole in the clog which closes up immediately when you pull the snake back. It helps to have the line full of water when snaking to wash away loosened debris. Where are you inserting the snake? Is there a cleanout fitting downstream of the kitchen sink trap that can be used for a snake?

what happens if you unscrew the AAV and have an open pipe for air flow? AAV's only help relieve negative pressure.

I was going to suggest trying to drain the sink with the AAV removed.
