I have 2 bathrooms and both toilets won't flush. I can get the water down by plunging the toilets. I am not having any drainage problems in the showers

You probably DO, but don't know it yet. When TWO toilets do not work, it usually means the main line is clogged.

Find your clean out for sewer line hopfully there is one just outside the home like within 1 ft of house. Open it up and see if water sitting in line if comes boiling out then youre def clogged main line.
Go ahead and handle this as all that plunging will have wax seals under toilet leaking and you'll go from plumbing problem to flooring problem quickly!
