Hello
I purchased a new shower pan that is fiberglass, was wondering if I should glue it down to my subfloor, it's made by presto there was no instructions with it. it has five or so blocks on the bottom so not sure if I should put some adhesive on them or just screw the flange to the studs.

Mix up some mortar, not concrete, not fast set mortar, just $3 a bag stuff. Slop about 6-8 even piles where the pan is to go and set it in place. Make sure its down all the way and level, then screw it to the 2x4's.

Before you do that, set the pan in the location where it will be attached and make sure it fits properly first. You don't want to find out that there is a problem while you are trying to press it into a bed of mortar.
