I need to sleeve some Pex water lines under a cement floor. What type of materials works best? What is the best way to make pipe come up out of the cement floor?

The minimum would be the poly sleeving. The best is foam insulation.

I sleeve water lines under a slab in a 4" flexible pipe. That makes it easy to replace when-if the need arises.

4"? Do you put them all together in the same pipe?

it would be kind of silly to use a separate 4" sleeve for each water line.

It is also silly to put hot and cold water lines next to each other.

you know, hj. i think we are getting close to an answer here.
best practice would dictate hot in one 4" sleeve and cold in the other.
