Have a Grundfos 3 speed circulator came with a check valve already installed in it I was wondering how freely or how hard this check valve should be to spin.

I do not want to remove the check valve. I was just wondering if it is normal for them to turn a little hard.

Check valves do not "spin" unless you are trying to unscrew it from something.

OK thats good to know, since it had blades on it like a impeller I thought that might spin as water passes through them. Thanks for the info.

I have never seen a 'check valve" with blades on it, nor do they typically rotate, so how about a picture of what you have.
