Author: Rockyj1234 (NC) My shower pan leaked and I had plumbers replace it, but they said I would need to get a person out who does tile since it is a tiled shower. But the tile person now says that they installed a liner over the top of a prefab sloped base and so the tile can't be done because it needs a mortar bed. Any solutions?

Author: KCRoto (MO) usually The tile guy does all of the floor and walls, liner included on all the custom jobs I have been around. All they ever want from the plumber is the shower valve installed and the drain assembly sitting there waiting.
