Noticed this while driving today down here in Florida, this metal pipe spans over a canal next to the highway.
Looks like a cast iron pipe that's curved?
What does it do?
Is it a pipe? Why is it curved? It has a contraption on each end to stop trouble making kids from trying to walk across it.

Perhaps a McDonalds arch that has lost its yellow paint? I would agree that it is there to convey something but no idea what.

cast iron pipes do NOT "curve". It is a black steel pipe, but we have no idea what its purpose is.

Water, because they did not want to trench under the canal. The first one could also be a sewer discharge from a lift station.
