it is possible but VERY VERY labor and time intensive
disassembly of faucet
cutting tube and solder/braze couplings to re-extend copper tube w/o melting plastic part(s)
imo: unless faucet was very expensive (over $200) you are SOL unless you can DIY

it is a close call. there might be enough room to cut that tubing and slip on a 3/8 compression coupling ??
it is not the hot nor cold so it is not under a lot of constant pressure.

I'd cut the stub with a cut off wheel on a roto tool and use a sweat coupling to make the repair.
