I have three showers in my house. 1 of the three uses all the hot water every time it is used. In the other two, we can take back to back HOT showers with no issue. Any thoughts? Any assistance will be appreciated

Possible missing flow restrictor from the showerhead.

do you know possitivly that if that shower is not getting hot any more that all faucets do not get hot?
in other words, once it runs cold, do all other faucets also run cold?

Yes. A 5 minute shower in this one shower uses all the hot water in the house. A 5 minute shower in either of the other two does not

well that narrows it down to the shower valve and the trim attached to it.
then as suggested, look at the shower head and how many GPM it uses.
running it and then the other shower/s into a 5 gallon bucket will tell you straight away.
