Hi

when i open the sink or shower in my masterbedroom washroom only i get really hot water and then slowly gets cooler even when i flash tiolet i get hot water, the rest of the washrooms and kitchen is fine, pleae help

i use renter watertank, when i flash the toilet first the tank fills with cold water but after few minutes or hours the tank's water get warmer and when I start the shower or sink first I get really water and slowly the water gets cooler

I mean I get hot water and then the water change to warm water

How close is the master bedroom to the hot water tank?

Here, that would be an indication that you have a hot and cold water line close together, and you either have a hot water circulation system or a hot water leak under the floor.

the water tank is in the basement and master bedroom is in the 2nd floor, do i need a plumber?

if there is hot water leak then why only i get this problem in one washroom and rest of the washrooms and kitchen is fine.

If you had one, it might only affect the piping to that bathroom. But since we do not know HOW the various areas are arranged, we are guessing.
