You need to turn off the humidifier if your windows are frosting up. Also use your kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans, if you have them, more. Ensure your clothes dryer is vented properly.

Your windows are wet/frosted from the overnight due to moisture in your house (cooking, bathing, laundry, etc.). The heated vapor condenses on the cold glass. The level of moisture depends on the amount of vapor in the house and the R value of your window sash. By reducing the vapor amounts, you can reduce the frosted window glass. One way to do this is to run a dehumidifier.
Also, be sure to run bathroom exhaust fans during and after bathing/showering as well as kitchen exhaust when cooking.

Leaving the window curtains/blinds open as long as possible will also help to keep the sash warmer longer and minimize moisture. Also, leaving a ceiling fan on low speed (winter position-upflow) in the affected rooms will keep the air moving across the windows and help with moisture control.

the proper setting on your humidifier would be according to the 24 hour expected outdoor temperature (there should be a sticker or markings on the 'humidistat')

however

if you have excessive condensation in your home, it needs to be set lower

imo: set it for 20% and forget it

Those of us with hydronic heat usually have excess moisture issues. Adding moisture with a humidifier would make us a greenhouse.
