I am trying to replace my old single handle Delta faucet in the kitchen. After 20 years, the nuts are frozen with rust...besides busting my knuckles again...any special tools available for this? It must happen to plumbers often. HELP!

I'm confused. What nuts? Delta uses screws on the handle, faceplate and lever.
What nuts are you talking about?

for the nuts under the sink? have you tried a basin wrench? If not go get one at home depot or whatever and give it a try.

Ohhhhh. Those nuts. A Pasco, nut-buster is the best. Pricey but the best to break those nasty nuts (under the faucet)

They are 9/16" nuts and if the bolts do not break off when you try to remove the nuts then you have to tear the top chrome cover plate off and drill the tops of the bolts off.
