Adding a basement sink?

How Do,

Looking to add a sink on the other side of a basement bathroom wall. The bathroom has a 2” wet vent with an 1.5 arm for the lav sink and a toilet. If I understand the code correctly I cannot add a sink to this setup? There is a 3” stack from the upstairs with two bathroom groups above about two feet from the bathroom wall (blue line in pic, sorry for quality).

I was thinking about adding another section of wall in front of the existing wall. Add a 1 1/2 tee to the 3” stack to feed the sink. It would be about five feet of 1 1/2 pipe to where the trap arm would be. I’m assuming this would need a vent? Can I vent from the 2” wet vent and how do I tie them together?
