 Irrigation leak? PVC breakge?
Author: bchiumba (CA)

The front of my house has water on the masonry stones (they are wet). There is a leak somewhere but I do not see any visible signs of where the leak could be. The pattern of the wet stones is very unusual. It is wet on the second level in the middle and also to the right and left on the bottom level. The irrigation valves are on the grass behind the ADT security sign. Any thoughts on what the issue could be?

Is it constantly wet or only wet after you ran your sprinklers than dry up after some time?

Do you have an irrigation controller valve box somewhere? Does shutting it off allow the wet spot to dry up?

Is it fed by city water? If so is your water meter spinning when no water is used inside the house?
