Replacing a bathtub overflow drain cover with lever. The bathtub is from a 1967ish built house in Maryland. The two screws however are apparently a non-standard / non-universal width center-to-center. The original drain cover is long gone and it was replaced with one from a box store where the screw holes are just a little too wide. The two screws hold the cover in place but you can tell it's not the correct width. The screws don't seat themselves correctly and it's just not a great look.
Using a pair of calipers I believe I need a drain cover with lever and 1 7/8th inches center-to-center. I can't seem to find this spec drain cover OR the drain covers sold do not reflect the center-to-center width. They just say "universal". Anyone with any ideas on the manufacturer of such non-universal size?
I know that I can convert this to a single screw cover, but I'd rather not do that given the need for the lever.
Thank you.

Thank you very much! But I don't know how I missed this. I searched and search and looked at a hundred photographs from listings at Amazon and other outlets and NEVER saw this one!
Well I'll leave it at that. Again, thank you very much.
