I'm hoping to get some feedback on this proposed drainage and venting layout.
The project replaces the basement main 4" horizontal line (existing drain line is 4' away), adds a basement bathroom, and updates 1st floor plumbing and fixtures to PVC. The new work ties into existing vent pipes on the first floor and 4" cast iron drain at the house foundation.
I'd like to go with the 2 vertical stacks in the basement if it works.

Depending on your local code, the lower sink drain might have to be 2" and any pipe in the ground to be 2" minimum diameter. The clothes washer needs a vent. The Utility sink needs a vent.

wet venting your Utility sink with the upstairs toilet branch line? serious no go there.

Your wet venting your washing machine also. Wet venting is only allowed on the same floor and under specific conditions. If you wet vent the lav that is in the same bathroom as the toilet then your good. You are not to wet vent under the slab nor do you wet vent your shower or any other fixture. Uniform plumbing code. Your county or state may allow some wet venting other then what I have described but then some states allow circuit venting that is much like combination waste and vent. The size of the pipe is what matters with combination waste and vent. No urinals or closets are to be discharged into the combination waste and vent. Not speaking of circuit venting having to do with wall hung toilet banks. Different condition there. Circuit venting wall hung toilets is that there is a carrier behind the toilet that is connected to the other carriers of other wall hung toilets.the waste branch line is horizontal. The vent would connect in the vertical to one of the carriers most likely. There is sizing code for that kind of circuit venting.
So I see a few problems with the layout of the piping on that drawing. The circuit venting that I was referring to can be found in some places in Wisconsin. There is residential conditions to circuit vent in some states. It is specifically state code. Not uniform or international code. But even that type of venting arrangement doesn't allow for wet venting between floors.
