 Cast iron sawzall blade
Author: schwansa67 (WI)

Hello all! Thank you in advance for any suggestions. I'm looking to buy the best sawzall blade for cast iron regardless of cost. I've used a few different types, and not great experience with those, but it's been awhile. I have a cast cutter, ridgid ratchet snapper, but need to cut sometimes. I know the blades won't last ascutting cast. But if I need to cut 4" piece etc, what would you recommend? Again, thank you very much.

The diamond coated sawzall blades by Milwaukee work well for cutting cast iron pipes.

+1 on the diamond coated bits. I've used Diablo.

I have used both Lenox diamond blades and Diablo cast iron carbide blades I found the Diablo cuts faster.
