 Toilet Seat need help please
Author: Cowdude812 (CA)

My daughter and grandson will come to stay with us for a month in December. My grandson has a problem when he is sitting down using the toilet. When he pees he is lined up perfectly for it to shoot right out the gap between the toilet seat and bowl. I tried getting these things that stick to the seat for their last visit but they were pure junk.
I was hoping that somewhere I could buy a toilet seat that could fix this issue. Does anyone know if anything like that is even made? If it is. What is the name? How can I order it? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Is this what you tried? Maybe just duct taping a flap of plastic to the front of the seat to act as a curtain?

The thing in your picture is what we tried and had such a bad time with it staying stuck. I don’t think I have ever heard anyone talk about this before so I figure everyone has either found a proper seat that corrected the problem or something else that worked. If I don’t get any good seat recommendations I may be trying the tuck tape. Thank you!

There are lots of ways to get anything to stick to anything. The plastic shield is likely made of a material that doesn't like sticking, so try screws. Otherwise Silicone sealant, Construction adhesive. Duct tape. Double-stick silicone tape. Roughen up the bottom of the toilet seat with sandpaper. You can solve this!

Thanks I guess I am just surprised that nobody has invented the seat that solves the problem.
I can’t be the only one who has ever come across this. I’m sure I can duct tape and baling wire it with something I was just hoping for something already built in.
