I have his and her sinks in master bath room one fills with water when we are gone through out the day, the other works as should. Which I would assume is on the same drain and also believe the second sink should be down hill from the one that works properly. It’s a 1 story home I purchased few years back and I’ve always have had trouble with this sink draining. 4 other sinks,3 toilets, 2 baths and a shower work perfect. I’ve had it snaked last year and worked fine until recently and now full of water when I get home and started to flood bathroom. I’ve noticed drain off air conditioner is tied into vent close to bathroom in attic. I live in Texas and keep air conditioner running 24/7 but don’t believe that much water would be coming from that. But found water in bedroom opposite of where water was running on the floor so don’t know where that’s from but sure the problem is connected. Any suggestions?
Thanks

if snaking cleared it up, then there is a problem somewhere.
the only way to tell for sure what it is is to send a sewer camera down the pipe and have a look.

The condensate from your a/c is most likely the culprit, micro organisms will grow in the pipe from the condensate
You should have the line cleared again
And maybe route the condensate drain to outside
