I have a strange problem. The house has 3 bathrooms - 2 upstairs and one down. No leakage or dripping issues, except when the upstairs shower or upstairs washing machine is on. Then the other shower and tub leak. It's not a huge amount of water, but if I close the drain on the inactive bathroom for a few weeks, the tub will have about an inch or two of water in it. The house is relatively new (7 years), and I haven't had any other plumbing issues. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

That is weird. Pilot operated valves, like toilet fill valves and washing machine fill valves, need pressure to seal and can leak if the water pressure falls too low. Shower valves are not pilot operated and should not leak because of a drop in pressure.
