I have 2 houses on my property and both are serviced from one well and each have there own pressure system ( jet pump and pressure tank ) I want to eliminate one pressure system . from the well to the first house is about 100' and supplied with 1 1/2" plastic pipe to the jet pump . Its about another 100' to the second house which has one bathroom and a kitchen sink . What size pipe should I run from the 1st house to 2nd house

You already have a pipe to the second house. Just connect to it.

Both houses were connected directly to the well with a tee at the well. There is only a supply line going to the first house. Now I need to run a line from the first house to the second house .

you could probably get away with 1" but i would use 1 1/4" just to be safe. make sure you use a separate 1 1/4 full port ball valve.
remember the labor is gonna be essentially the same with either size
