I'm going to start with this Delta system:
[faucetlist.com]
They show a pressure loop for the 3 body sprays on the left-hand side.
It looks like an "H" or a ladder to me.
But each body spray only has one male connection, so I don't understand how they have a line going in and out for each spray body?
Seems there's 2 ways, but I want to do it right (won't let me post the link to the other plumbing forum).
I can see how to do the "other" way, but I can't seem to find any pictures of an actual "H/ladder" setup when you only have one connection spot on the body spray body.
Or is it something like this? (sorry only thing I could find close enough)?

follow the diagram you posted. the purpose is so that each spray sends out the same amount of water. .

the loop is more complex than necessary, but the spray head attaches to a "T"" in the wall behind it with a single connection.

Ah, so it's like:
elbow -> Tee -> elbow (for the top)
Then Tee -> Tee -> Tee for the middle
and then
elbow -> Tee -> elbow for the bottom
With the spray heads being attached off of the middle Tee
Gotcha!
