Plastic to metal adapters in Mobile home faucet

The connection tubing laying on the shelf is for the new faucet I want to install in my Mobile Home. The left end should connect to the plastic connectors, somehow. But the plastic couplers have very wide threads, few turns per inch. Moreover, the small one is very loose, but maybe could be glued in with neo-fermit and its windings. The big connector is very tight and could be forced/glued in, but would ruin the connector for the old fitting.
Is there an adapter for the coarse to normal thread?

Author: jimmywalter (FL) The left end of the non-connected line lying on the shelf is A from the top picture, 15 mm inside diameter. The outside diameter of the plastic line is 15 mm. On Amazon.de I was only able to find 1/2 inch to 3/8 inch compression fitting.

Author: bernabeu (SC) The piece labelled A xxxxx B most likely is actually TWO pieces screwed together the A end seems to be 3/8 compression since 5/8" = 15.3+mm the tube is most likely 5/8 OD get steve's suggested adapter and REMOVE the plastic dohicky from the supply tube the ring depresses and the adapter simply pulls off
