My main issue is with my sprinkle system the heads were popping up a little but now no zone is working. I have several people come and said it the backflow or it’s the PRV. Most recently someone came out and put a gauge on the outside faucet and it had a PSI of 70 and he said it was the backflow. The same day someone else came out and did the same thing but he told me to go inside and flush the toilet and the pressure drop and 20 psi and he said it was the PRV and the expansion tank because no air came out of the tank. He also put a gauge on the water tank and the pressure was 70.and had me flush the toilet and the pressure dropped about 20.

"... now no zone is working."

Please clarify, as in be a bit more specific about your sprinkler zones as to what you mean by them no longer "working."

Given the drastic pressure drop, I would tend to think it is the PRV as well

There's a big restriction in the water supply. The prv probably has a strainer on the inlet. This should be checked to see if it's clogged with debris.

as steve said... there is a strainer/filter on the inlet of the PRV. if that is clogged then you will get the pressure drop you are having.
clean the strainer before you do any replacing.
also, the fact that the PRV is giving you a constant static pressure of 70 PSI makes me think it is doing its job.

Someone came out yesterday and said I had a problem with my master switch for my sprinkler. He also tested my backflow where he took a screwdriver and let some water out of it and said my backflow was good. He made some adjustments to the master switch valve to my sprinkler system and the sprinkler are popping up, but a few zones rise up slowly and spray water out. I also seem to hear noise that may be coming from the wall when my sprinkler is on.
