I’m visiting my elderly parents house, trying to clean it for an estate. I didn’t realize that a fake table in the center of the garage actually held a well underneath. As I was pulling into the garage, I bumped into it with the car. Next thing I know water was all over the carport. I wish I could send a picture, it’s a blue well And extending from that is a straight pipe with a 90° angle the 90° angle then has a coupler and the coupler is what broke. Unfortunately it’s broke before any of the shut off valves so it doesn’t seem like turning those will do any good. If I turn on the water inside the house right now, will that help or make it worse? As you suspected, a photo would help. However, wellwater systems are complex enough that you are unlikely to be able to repair it yourself. Check Yelp and call a licensed, bonded and insured well service Monday morning. Don't go cheap, as the lack of clean running water can knock 20% or more off the sale price of any residence.
