Building codes for water pressure?

Are there building codes for water pressure? I sold a home in Georgia and inspection said I needed to get a plumber to increase the water pressure. I did so. I now live in Florida and have really low water pressure on a brand new home under warranty. Want to know if there are actual codes/laws that have to be established - or, of course, a certain PSI that has to be maintained. How can I find the code/law? I don’t even know what a low, medium or high PSI is. I just lost my husband to Alzheimer’s in October and trying to do things on my own…
