I have an old house with a well and it’s up high on stilts (near a river). So it cold out freezing. I left my water on to prevent freezing but some cold water pipes froze in the kitchen. Question is do I keep
My water pump on or should I shut it off. My toilets are also not flushing due to clogged drain pipe to septic. So I’m thinking I should shut off the pump and drain out what water I can so no further damage? Because now I can’t drip the water because the drains are clogged. What is the best thing to do?

Author: packy (MA) you are in a mess... keep the pump shut of and keep all the faucets open you very likely have some burst pipe/s.
