 fixing a Jacuzzi drain
Author: minanotti (CA)

My jacuzzi drain plug does not operate when I turn my trip lever to the left or right. I'm trying to get the drain plug to either rise up to let water out or drop down but mine is always in the down position. When I pulled the drain plug, the whole unit slid right out. Does anyone know how I can fix this so the lever makes it operational again?

Push the drain lever down, as if to open the drain, then slide the pop-up unit in.

What should I try if that doesn't work? I have turned the lever in both directions while sticking it back in but it doesn't seem to catch.
