 water pressure from 1.5 to 3/4 inch water supply line

hi i have water leak somewhere 4 ft underground
300ft long pipe from meter to house..
it used to supply house water and sprinklers..now it only supplys house
first 100ft = 1.5 inch schedule 40
second 100ft 1.1/4inches
last 100ft to the house 3/4 inch schedule 40..
if I replace the whole line with a 3/4 pipe what sort of pressure loss will i experience .
im concerned that the pressure on the second floor will be too weak

You will experience SIGNIFICANT frictional pressure drop through 300' of 3/4" piping.

? 'google' water leak detection company and fix the leak ?
