practical urinal GPF choice

The plan at my workplace (a visitor center) is to replace an entire urinal with a newer unit, including the flush valve. In shopping for various choices I'm encountering different designs/and styles that can accommodate varying GPF (gallons per flush). These are .125, .25, .5, or 1. If water saving is not our concern but rather the best overall performance, which GPF might be best or most practical for me to suggest to the plumber that he order/install for us? My thought on this is probably the highest GPF (1) but I don't know if that could somehow be considered overkill? Any comments appreciated.

Author: bsipps (PA) Agreed All urinals get clogged eventually The cost of cleaning drains could be expensive depending on the severity 1 gpf is what I would go with
