Anyone notice a certain defect in American standard flushometers

I just installed 8 of them 2 urinal and 6 water closet

All but 1 of them seem to be shutting off too quickly and pushing the head away from the shutoff valve, making the head crooked, yes there is a lock ring for some reason it’s just not holding

Just figured I’d check here before I contacted customer service

Author: Don411 (IN) Have you checked the water pressure in the building? Sounds like pressure is too high and out of spec for the valve, making it close early and applying too much torque to the fitting. Especially if all 8 are behaving the same way, would lead me to believe it's something common to the building. Edited 1 times.
