Hello everyone! Found a kitchen sink that is leaking where the spout attaches to the deck. It appears to be a very old faucet and there are no identifying marks on it. Photo links below.
Can someone help identify the maker of this faucet?
Also, would I just need to replace the o-ring that is shown in the one photo, or would the white plastic tube on the spout in the second photo also need to be replaced (not sure what it is called) ?
Thank you so much!

That looks like it! Thanks to everyone who replied!
Do I just replace the spout o-ring (#5), or also the "spout clip ring" (#4) to stop the leak?

You replace 4,5, and 6 while you have it apart - no labor charge !
Try calling American Standard under the warranty, you may get lucky.
