Delta kitchen faucet spout stuck
Author: iceberg (MT) I have a single arm delta kitchen faucet and I have been trying to take the spout off to replace o-rings but the spout is stuck and I can't get it off. Don't want to break it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Author: packy (MA) run cold water thru it for a few seconds to sorta shrink the O rings a little and try again. work the spout back and forth while forcing it upwards.

Are some steps you can try to remove a stuck spout from a single-arm Delta kitchen faucet without breaking it:
Turn off the water supply: Before attempting to remove the spout, make sure to turn off the water supply to the faucet at the shut-off valves located under the sink.
Lubricate the spout: Use a lubricant such as WD-40 or a penetrating oil to lubricate the base of the spout. Allow the lubricant to penetrate for several minutes.
