Hi! My KWC ONO pullout kitchen faucet is 10 years old and in need of a new aerator and washer. However, I’ve scoured domestic U.S. plumbing sites and no one seems to stock parts.
And KWC corporate customer service never responds to my emails. Worst case, if I cannot locate to replace with original parts, does anyone have any experience to suggest alternative or substitute parts?
The aerator and washer appear very similar to other brands or look ‘standard’, but I do not want to assume. Thank you in advance for any knowledge or suggestions.
Note, my specific/current issue with the faucet is that when turned off, a droplet of water forms on spray head and leaves a calcium deposit after drying up.

I know KWC pulled out of the Canadian market and probably did so from the US too. Parts are no longer available.
