I recently had some plumbing done in a bathroom by a plumber. I also had a second contractor come in to do some carpentry and other things. The 2nd contractor brought to my attention that he thought some of the just recently done plumbing was possibly not up to industry standard. I'm hoping someone can tell me if that is true. In the image included you can see that the hose is not seated on the flange. Should it be?

yes, the 'hose' a/k/a PEX tube should be 'seated' totally on the 'barb' of the fitting
? will it leak ?
???????????????????????????????????????
just an indication of shoddy workmanship or an 'oversight' on the part of the installer
