New Waterpik DualDock Shower Head Issue
Author: SteveC51 (IN)

Just installed a new Waterpik DualDock Shower Head and it leaks bad at the hose to handle connection. When I take the handle off and remove the washer, the water sprays backwards. If I hook the handle up it still sprays backwards at the hose connection. What am I doing wrong?

? not screwed on tightly enough ?

? defective unit ?

'some' shower hoses have 'built in' backflow prevention and must be installed 'one way' with a 'specified' end attached to the 'fixed' shower head assembly

Tried it several times and feel like it was tight enough. Could be defective.

Had a sticker on the other end that said attach to bracket. I actually turned the hose around and water did not flow. It has a white piece on the end with little holes on top and slits on the sides. Seems like the water just come out the sides which goes backwards.
