My husband put in a new tub about 30 years ago with the faucets, drain and overflow plates that were available at the time. The faucets etc have worn to the point they need to be replaced. I want to put in oil finished bronze so I bought an overflow plate to match. Problem is it came with a 1/4-20 screw and holes to match. We need 10-24 screw size screws and the respective smaller hole. No where that I have searched specifies the size of the screw so I just don't want to order one and have it not be correct. If I can't find it he would have to re-plumb the whole tub. Help!

Kohler has those screws in black color(also chrome, vibrant(brass) and vibrant moderne gold), not in oil rubbed brass. #K-22154-BKB
Depending on the overflow elbow where the screw holes are, the holes could probably be tapped out to 1/4x20, without removal from the tub.

The only time I have ever seen that size screw was in the retainer device that secures the overflow to the tub, NOT in the overflow cover plate itself.
